System for solar shading and / or decoration of a building opening and use of such a system
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a system for sun shading and / or decorating a building opening, preferably a window, which system comprises at least one slidable screen plate constituted by at least one rigid plate slidable at least vertically.
The present invention further relates to the use of such a system.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Sunlight entering a building through various building openings, such as windows and doors, is desirable in this natural way to reduce the lighting and heat consumption in the building, as well as increase the welfare of the people in the building.
At times, the sunlight can be very bright or enter the building at different angles, which can cause inconvenience to the people in the building.
For example - sunlight can be a nuisance for office workers sitting and working with computers as they may be dazzled by direct sunlight or glare on the computer screen.
- sun can be a nuisance for office staff as the temperature in the office area can be significantly increased, necessitating ventilation that is energy intensive and can cause undesirable drag.
sunlight can be detrimental to furniture and the like, located in the area where the sunlight enters the building.
2 DK 2008 00217 U3
Different types of sunscreen have been produced which shield the building gear openings.
For example, interior and / or exterior blinds that can be rolled up and down vertically or turned vertically or horizontally, roller blinds that can be rolled up and down, sunbeam reflective film and / or tinted glass in the building openings.
There are a number of disadvantages to the existing types of solar shading, for example: - Exterior blinds are expensive to install on buildings, since the blinds must be of a certain quality and strength to withstand the weather and wind, and at the same time can damage the appearance of a building, especially when in use.
- Internal blinds or blinds are considered to be an easy and inexpensive solution, but they will typically cover the entire building opening, so people standing outside the window opening have to agree whether they want to roll for or have a full view. Furthermore, the sunlight will be harsh for blinds or blinds, which will degrade the color, pattern and material, and it is necessary to replace them regularly.
- Sunbeam reflective film or tinted glass in building openings means that the view is reduced, so that the people in the building do not feel the weather outside.
US-A1-2GG4 / 0244924 discloses a combined decorative and utility unit which consists of a retractable material which can be extensively mounted in a frame which can subsequently be slidably arranged, and in one embodiment is described as being a sun visor .
One disadvantage of this type of sun visor is that it is complicated to assemble. Another disadvantage is if any decoration on the rolled up has to be changed, as the whole frame must then be disassembled. Furthermore, the rolled-up material will always require an enclosing frame to be stretched, increasing the mounting time and material cost. A further disadvantage is that demie sunshade cannot be mounted externally on a building as the material is not strong enough to withstand weather and wind.
Furthermore, from FR 2 476 200 A a sun screen system for a window is known. A system is described which comprises a plate slidably mounted in rails that are mounted on each side of a window opening. The plate can thus be shifted from a position outside the window to a position where it covers the window opening. The plate described may be a rigid structure in the form of a stained glass plate which is displaced in a vertical plane. When the slab is moved to a position outside the window opening, it cannot function as a decoration from the outside. Furthermore, mounting of the plate in vertical sliding chimneys on the wall at each side of the window opening and the connection with a drawbar to activate the plate will make it difficult to handle and mount or disassemble the plate, respectively. Furthermore, the screen plate will not be able to be positioned anywhere in the building opening to provide an effective sunshade. The screen can only be fully or partially displaced over a window opening from its location outside the window opening during the shift in the vertical guides.
The object of the invention
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a solar shading system, which system: - provides a possibility for partial shielding of the building opening, - can be used for decorating a building opening, - is easy to assemble / assemble / replace and subsequently handle, and - ensures an efficient sun shield.
Description of the Invention
In order to achieve the object of the invention, the system is characterized in that said cutting plate is mounted with at least one edge strip and / or protective strip, which is connected to a first part of a displacement arrangement and wherein said first part is arranged to cooperate with a second part of said displacement arrangement, which is mountable in said building opening so that it is possible to place said screen plate in the building opening so as to shield it most suitably and that either said first part or said second part comprises a rail with at least one preferably longitudinal recess and / or projection .
4 DK 2008 00217 U3
The rigid plate means that it is possible to produce screen plates where no enclosing frame is used, which results in reduced material costs and makes it easier to assemble a screen plate. Furthermore, the rigid plate will ensure that the screen plate is always stable.
The rigid plate constituting the screen plate may be formed of, for example, glass, wood, plexiglass, plastic, metal and the like. Since most building openings are square or rectangular, the rigid plate will also be square or rectangular.
If the building opening is of a different shape, the rigid plate constituting the screen plate may be formed with side edges which follow the shape of the building opening, so that the screen plate, if positioned to one side of the building opening, will completely shut off from sunlight.
Alternatively, the rigid plate constituting the shield plate may have various shapes such as circular or corrugated, which will result in a special design of the system when mounted in the building opening.
In order to be able to displace the shields of the system, they are mounted with at least one edge strip and / or guard strip, which is connected to a first part of a displacement arrangement and said first part is arranged to cooperate with a second part of said displacement arrangement which is mountable. in said building opening.
Since a cantilever and / or guard strip may be mounted on the display board, there are the following configurations of display boards: a border strip at both the top and bottom of the display plate, - a cantilever at the top of the display plate and a guard strip at the bottom of the display plate, - a border strip in the bottom of the display board and a protective strip at the top of the display plate, - a protective strip at both the top and the bottom of the display plate, - a border strip on both the left and right sides of the display plate, 5 DK 2008 00217 U3 - a border strip on the left side of the display plate and a protective strip on the right side of the display panel, a border strip on the right side of the display panel and a protective strip on the left side of the display panel, and - a protective strip on both the left and right sides of the display panel,
The edge strip is connected to a first part of a displacement arrangement, and said first part is arranged to cooperate with a second part of said displacement arrangement, which is mountable in said building opening, which means that the screen plate can be displaced either vertically or horizontally.
The displacement arrangement may thus consist of a first part and a second part, which may, for example, be the following: wheels / springs, pal / reces, or wheels / reces.
It should be noted that configurations in which the first part and the second part of the shear arrangement are reversed, ie. origin / reel, reces / pal or reces / reel, can be used with equal benefit.
If a protective molding is used, it may be formed with an end portion which is arranged directly in the second part constituted by a recess.
In order to achieve a better sliding effect of the screen plate, edge molding and / or protective molding is made of a hard and durable material or a material which is coated with an electric hard and durable protective layer.
For example, the edge molding and / or protective molding may be formed of plastic or metal, whereby the first part / second part of the shear arrangement can slide preferably smoothly in the second part / first part of the shear arrangement, which results in easy handling of the shield plates in the system.
By using a protective molding with an end portion that cooperates with a recess in the building opening, it is possible to easily and quickly disassemble the screen plate, as there are no parts that directly engage each other. However, care must be taken that the recess is deep enough that the screen plate can be moved sufficiently that the opposite end of the screen plate can be made tri. This display panel configuration is most suitable where there is a border strip at the top of the screen plate and a protective strip at the bottom of the screen plate, or a protective strip at both the top and bottom of the 5 panel.
Especially if a system is used in which the shield plates are displaced vertically, locking devices are required in connection with the displacement arrangement, so that the shield plates can be placed anywhere in the building opening 10 without sliding down due to gravity.
A locking device in connection with the displacement arrangement can also be used if a system is used where the shield plates are displaced horizontally. Here, the locking of the screen plate will ensure a certain location in the building opening, regardless of whether there are external influences of the screen plate.
According to the invention, either said first part or said second part is a rail having at least one preferably longitudinal recess and / or protrusion.
20 If the rail is said second part, it will typically be mounted as either a top and / or a bottom rail in the building opening if the screen panels are displaced horizontally. Alternatively, the rail (said second part) will be mounted as side moldings in the building opening if the screen panels are displaced vertically.
In order to be able to displace the shield plates in the rails, these are provided with at least one preferably longitudinal recess and / or protrusion, where either the first part in the form of, for example, a protruding part, can cooperate with the longitudinal recess, or the first part in the form of e.g. and / or sliders may cooperate with the longitudinal protrusion thereby holding the shield plate in place while displaced.
If the system is provided with multiple shield plates, the rails may be formed with a number of parallel longitudinal recesses and / or projections, which means that two shield plates arranged in each recess or on each project can be displaced past each other in the building opening. This results in a very flexible shielding system where you can easily create the necessary shielding profile in the room.
In one application of the system of the present invention, said building cut opening has a width greater than a width of said screen plate, which means that there will always be a portion of the building opening where there is sunlight or vision.
Furthermore, it gives the possibility that you can piect the screen plate in a desired position and only shield the solar incident in a certain area, which is an advantage if there are more people in the mm where the building opening is.
As the screen plate is horizontally or vertically displaceable, it is possible to place the individual screen plate in the building opening so that it shields most appropriately despite the weather and the sun's movement across the sky during the day.
In a building opening where a multi-screen system is installed, this means that it is possible to displace the individual screen panels so that they either overlap or abut one another, which means that there is either a minimal shielding of the solar incident or a maximum shielding of the solar incident.
In one embodiment of the present invention, said screen plate is designed with decorative designs, which makes it possible to decorate the building opening.
The decorative design may be printed on a foil arranged on a surface of the display plate, or the decorative design may be molded into the display plate or be arranged directly on the display plate, whereby it is possible to view the decorative design either from the inside or from the inside, which may, for example, be it a pattern, electric image, a city weapon, a text, a logo or the like. If the display is transparent, it is possible to see the decorative design from both sides.
8 DK 2008 00217 U3
Not a building opening provided with a system having multiple screen panels, it is possible to divide a decorative design across multiple screen panels, so that when assembling these screen panels it is possible to assemble the complete decorative In one embodiment of the present invention, said screen plate formed with a soi-shielding layer. As a result, the sunlight will be fully or partially reflected, so that the screen plate creates a shadow or greatly reduces the sun's incidence into the building.
The soi-shielding layer may be a foil arranged on a surface of the screen plate. If the screen plate is transparent, part of the soi-shielding layer may be of the type that is transparent from one side and reflective from the other side, making it possible to see through the screen plate.
A screen panel with a combination of decorative designs and a soi-shielding layer will fulfill the purpose of providing a system for sun shading and / or decorating a building opening where the screen panel can be turned at will, depending on whether the persons in the building or passers-by are must have been able to see the decorative designs.
In one embodiment of the present invention, said decorative designs and / or soi-shielding layers are formed integrally in said splash pad, which means that said decorative designs and / or soi-shielding layers are not in direct contact with the sunlight or weather and wind, whereby the service life of said decorative designs and / or soi-shielding layers are significantly increased.
For example, the screen plate may be layered glass so that the decorative design and / or soi-shielding layer is arranged between two layers of glass. Alternatively, the decorative design and / or soi-shielding layer may be molded into the screen plate, which may, for example, be made of plexiglass.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the system further comprises a motor unit connected to said displacement arrangement, which means that it is possible to move the display unit in the building opening by means of the motor unit.
The motor unit can either be remotely controlled or activated by a device electrically connected to the motor unit.
In a preferred embodiment, said screen plates are comprised of at least one rigid plate mounted with at least one edge strip and / or guard strip, said edge strip being connected to a first part of a displacement arrangement and said first part being arranged to cooperate with a second part of said shear arrangement mounted in said building opening.
